Mehmet Salih, a quiet and introverted child, has no one else besides his runaway mother who got married and left him and his sick mother. Living with his ill mother, Mehmet Salih struggles with bedwetting at nights, not wanting his mother to deal with washing clothes every day. Mehmet Salih is interested in the neighbor's daughter, Ceylan, but she makes a wrong choice and runs away from home. On the day when his mother passes away, Mehmet Salih stops wetting the bed and is left alone. However, when the neighbor's daughter, Ceylan, returns, Mehmet Salih starts living with her.
